Terms and conditions for orders placed online at “Print2See”

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a customer
in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the costumer are rejected.
(3) Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order,
you agree to the application of these terms and conditions of sale to your order.
(4) “Print2See” offers data sets of eyeglass frames for 3D printers for sale.
Formation of contract and delivery of merchandise
(1) For orders placed at “Print2See” we only conclude contracts in English.
(2) When you order a data set, your contract is with:

(3) The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally effective offer.
By presenting the goods, the customer is merely requested to make an offer.
(4) The order is made in the following steps:
1. Selection of desired goods.
2. Confirm by clicking on the “Shopping cart” or “cart” button.
3. Check the information in the shopping cart
4. Press the button “Next”
5. Put in your e-mail address and necessary informations about your person
6. Re-examination or correction of the respective entered data. Press the button “Next”.
7. Binding order for the items by clicking on the button “Buy now”
8. By clicking the button "Buy now" the customer agrees to only use the data set for private purposes

and assures to not publish it on third sites.
(5) By clicking on “Buy now” you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
As soon as you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order.
A binding contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation from us.
We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receiving the order confirmation via paypal.
(6) The data set will be sent by e-mail and will be sent within 24 hours after payment.
Please note that the mail will be sent only after we have received the full purchase price.
Prices
(1) The prices stated in the offer as at the date on which the order is placed shall apply.
The prices stated are final prices (totals). They include German value added tax.
Payment
(1) We accept following payment methods: payment through PayPal.
(2) You agree to receive invoices exclusively in electronic form.
Information regarding the right of revocation
(1) I expressly agree to the execution of the contract before the end of the revocation period.
I have taken note that my right of revocation expires with the beginning of the execution of contract.
